I am so excited to share Earthley Wellness with you!

I have been trying to live a more natural lifestyle since being diagnosed with PCOS a few years ago and although this has been a journey that I've had to navigate and learn along the way, I feel like I am making strides to better mine and my family's health.

I feel like it's important to share information with those who may not know where to begin with natural living, and to provide those people with natural alternatives that are easy to use, understand, are affordable and won't easily overwhelm.

It is my hope that I'll be successful on both ends of this scale and would like to invite you all to learn about Earthley Wellness. It's a company I have come to know and love.

Of course, I won't just be sharing products, I'll also be offering information about living a natural lifestyle and sharing some of our personal lifestyle along the way.

Welp, the big C came to our house...

As the title says, Covid hit our house. Luckily for us it was not severe, just like an annoying headcold. I had the worst eye socket pain for a day or 2, then the cough, a weird version between a dry and wet cough. Then my taste and smell left for about 3-4 days. My boys, both had a fever for one night, then were back at life as if nothing ever happened the next morning. My husband had a headache for a few days. 

The whole time we took Elderberry Elixir, Immune Aid, Feel Better Fast, and our normal vitamins which includes a multi, fish oil, zinc, vitamin d and I continued taking myo-inositol and DIM, which I take for PCOS. We also drank LOTS of tea and chicken broth.

It's now a 2 weeks after the fevers hit and we're back to normal. My husband and I do still have this very annoying phlegm and I'm taking Sinus Saver before bed and that seems to really help for sleep and the stuffyness that comes if I don't.
